Mark Boutillier
Director of Finance
Mark brings 30 years of experience in a managerial role to IUOE Local 955, 28 of those years as a designated accountant.
In addition to being a CPA, he has completed the Leading Series Program at the U of A and has been trained in internal auditing. Outside of the office, Mark has volunteered with the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and with initiatives for the homeless.
Mark and his team feel that the Finance department is a service department fulfilling the needs of internal and external stakeholders including the members of IUOE Local 955.
